Only LPV Charter Members who are accredited investors can participate in investment opportunities. For each opportunity, LPV creates a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to manage the investment. Members can choose whether or not to participate.

Yes! We welcome anyone who shares our mission of helping Hokies succeed. We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to contribute to the growth and success of Hokie-led businesses and initiatives.

We are an independent group founded by alumni, with a shared affinity for the University and connections across different areas.
