Commercial Financing For Small and Emerging Companies
This session introduced business owners and entrepreneurs to the range of typical financing options available in today’s market. Using a simple, risk-spectrum framework, we walked through eight common sources of capital, from friends and family funding to senior bank debt, mezzanine financing, and high-speed online lenders. The discussion focused on practical definitions, use cases, and the pros and cons of each approach, helping participants better understand which sources may fit their stage of growth, particular needs and appetite for risk.
