We provide our Charter members access to investment opportunities they otherwise would not have access to. LPV establishes a Special Purchase Vehicle (SPV) for each investment opportunity.

Our Investment Process

We co-invest in rounds led by Venture Capital firms and receive the same terms and preferences as the VCs.

LPV establishes a Special Purchase Vehicle (SPV) for each investment opportunity with minimum investment amounts as low as $5,000 with no expenses to the investor other than a carried interest of 17% which is below market.

LPV’s leadership team receives no compensation other than the carried interest payout on successful investments which enables us to keep expenses to a minimum and pass this benefit through to our investors.
